I. Basic Structure
The ZLG vibrating fluidized bed dryer consists of a feed hopper, blower, heat exchanger, main vibrating fluidized bed unit, induced draft fan, and cyclone dust collector, forming a complete drying and dust removal system.
II. Working Principle
Material enters the machine through the feed inlet. Under the action of vibration, the material is continuously thrown forward in a horizontal direction. Hot air passes upward through the fluidized bed, exchanging heat with the wet material. The moist air is then filtered by the cyclone separator to remove dust before being discharged through the exhaust outlet. Dried material exits through the discharge outlet.
III. Features
1. The vibration source is driven by a vibrating motor, ensuring smooth operation, easy maintenance, low noise, long service life, and convenient repair.
2. High thermal efficiency saves over 30% energy compared to conventional drying equipment. The bed temperature distribution is uniform, with no localized overheating; fluidization is even, and there are no dead zones.
3. Excellent adjustability and wide adaptability: the thickness of the material layer, movement speed within the machine, and full amplitude can all be continuously and precisely adjusted.
4. Minimal damage to material surfaces, suitable for drying fragile materials; performance remains unaffected even when particles are irregularly shaped.
5. Fully enclosed structure effectively prevents cross-contamination between material and air, ensuring a clean working environment.
